Geosystems Hellas (GSH) participated in the TIEMS 2023 Hybrid Annual Conference held between 11-15 September. More specifically, in the context of the conference, Irini Marinou, member of the company’s team, presented the paper entitled “Cluster of Interoperable and holistic civil protection systems (Co-protect): the role of geospatial data management and visualisation for enhancing Greece’s response to natural disasters”

More about the Co-Protect project
Within the framework of the co-protect project, Geosystems Hellas is responsible for the development of the interconnectivity geo-node for enabling geospatial data sharing between the different members of the project as well as for the web user interface of Co-Protect’s geodata visualisation. To develop these services GSH levarages open-source frameworks and applies worldwide OGC stadards aiming to provide a robust solution for geospatial data hadling and sharing.
