GEOSYSTEMS HELLAS S.A., a Geoinformatics company based in Pangrati (Athens), is looking for personnel to support the sales department, a talented and motivated Senior Technical Sales – Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

As being our new Senior Technical Sales – Business Development Manager, you specialize in technology-related products on downstream space, earth observation, mapping, GIS-WebGIS and complex technological projects, you’ll lead the charge in driving sales growth and maximizing profitability across our tech products, both software and hardware and complex projects. In this role, you’ll connect with customers to understand their needs and craft tailored strategies that deliver real value. Using your deep technical expertise, you’ll showcase how our solutions solve challenges, highlight key benefits, and simplify the technical sales process—right through to closing deals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable sales growth for current and new customers within the product portfolio
  • Prioritize target lists, and follow through with the respective activity required to close deals, demonstrating a best practice technical sales approach
  • Foster strong relationships with the customers through high quality and frequent customer face to face meetings.
  • Seek out, develop, and maintain multilevel entry points and relationships with customer target accounts
  • Monitor the market, analyses trends and competition, and exploit new business opportunities
  • Submit strategic proposals for the further development of the company
  • KPIs for increased productivity in sales in a 6 months’ base

Required Qualifications:

  • Holder of a higher education degree, preferably from a Technological/Engineering direction
  • Working experience of at least three (3) years in relevant role
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Knowledge & Use of Greek and English language, oral and written
  • Ambitious and a strong desire for success with a commercial mindset
  • Ability to work independently by planning and organizing own work
  • Results oriented and with demonstrated achievements in sales
  • Sales and/or other geoinformatics engineering experience is preferred

Product Manager

As being our new Product Manager, you specialize in technology-related products on downstream space, earth observation, mapping, GIS-WebGIS and complex technological products, you’ll lead the charge in driving sales growth and maximizing profitability across our tech products, both software and hardware and the fit in complex projects. You will lead the development of a product and/or product line, ensuring its success in the market by defining its strategy, roadmap, and features.  In this role, you’ll connect with customers to understand their needs, de-bug with collaboration with the technical team and craft tailored strategies that deliver real value. You will act as the voice of the customer, representing user needs and aligning them with business objectives. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support, to bring the product to market and continuously improve it.

  • Defining product and/or product line Strategy and Roadmap: Formulating the overall vision and long-term plan for the product and/or product line, including its features, goals, and success metrics. 
  • Understanding User Needs: Gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify unmet needs and pain points. 
  • Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors. 
  • Prioritizing Features: Deciding which features to prioritize and include in the product, based on business goals and user needs. 
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product development. 
  • Managing product and/or product line Lifecycle: Guiding the product through different stages, from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement. 
  • Communicating with Stakeholders: Regularly communicating the product vision, strategy, and progress to various stakeholders. 
  • Measuring Product Performance: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to make informed decisions. 
  • Submit strategic proposals for the further development of the company.

In essence, this position is a bridge between the business, users, and the product development team, ensuring that the product meets market needs and achieves its strategic goals. 

Required Qualifications:
