Product Manager
As being our new Product Manager, you specialize in technology-related products on downstream space, earth observation, mapping, GIS-WebGIS and complex technological products, you’ll lead the charge in driving sales growth and maximizing profitability across our tech products, both software and hardware and the fit in complex projects. You will lead the development of a product and/or product line, ensuring its success in the market by defining its strategy, roadmap, and features. In this role, you’ll connect with customers to understand their needs, de-bug with collaboration with the technical team and craft tailored strategies that deliver real value. You will act as the voice of the customer, representing user needs and aligning them with business objectives. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support, to bring the product to market and continuously improve it.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and engaging new customers: Proactively exploring market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with sales/business development teams to expand the customer base.
- Defining product and/or product line Strategy and Roadmap: Formulating the overall vision and long-term plan for the product and/or product line, including its features, goals, and success metrics.
- Understanding User Needs: Gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify unmet needs and pain points.
- Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors.
- Prioritizing Features: Deciding which features to prioritize and include in the product, based on business goals and user needs.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product development.
- Managing product and/or product line Lifecycle: Guiding the product through different stages, from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement.
- Communicating with Stakeholders: Regularly communicating the product vision, strategy, and progress to various stakeholders.
- Measuring Product Performance: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to make informed decisions.

In essence, this position is a bridge between the business, users, and the product development team, ensuring that the product meets market needs and achieves its strategic goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a higher education degree, preferably from a Technological/Engineering direction
- Working experience of at least five (5) years in of experience as a Product Manager, or proven success leading end-to-end product initiatives at a senior level
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Knowledge & Use of Greek and English language, oral and written
- Ambitious and a strong desire for success with a commercial mindset
- Ability to work independently by planning and organizing own work
- Results oriented and with demonstrated achievements in sales
- Informatics and/or other geoinformatics engineering experience is preferred

Communications & Marketing Manager
The job is for a Communications & Marketing Manager, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the field. Communications & Marketing Manager create, implement and oversee communication programs, be it internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the GSH organization and its products.
A strong asset for this role is a solid understanding of the Earth Observation domain and geospatial technologies, as well as familiarity with the type of services and applications typically developed within these fields. Such background will enable the candidate to effectively communicate relevant solutions, projects, and technological capabilities to diverse audiences and support the overall success of the communication and marketing activities.

- Oversee all internal and external communications for GSH, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, email marketing, and content creation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and objectives
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Marketing budget development and cost tracking plus prioritizing needs

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Preparation of presentations and promotional material (including the graphics and design)
- Creation and development of:
- Print and online advertising material
- Email marketing (knowledge of Mailchimp platform)
- Website and Social Media content creation and account management
- Corporate video, photo editing and marketing material
- Press release editing, bylined articles
- Conference and event management
- Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Knowledge of graphics programs
- Previous experience with Horizon Dissemination and Communications projects will be considered a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Essential Skills:
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
