D2EPC
The D²EPC project aims to develop next-generation Dynamic Digital Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) that go beyond static assessments to provide real-time, user-centric, and performance-based insights into building energy efficiency. By integrating IoT data, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and smart monitoring technologies, D²EPC seeks to enhance the accuracy, usability, and market value of EPCs. The project promotes user awareness, behavioral change, and energy savings, while supporting policy implementation and the digital transformation of the building sector through dynamic, data-driven certification systems.
In the D²EPC project, GeoSystems Hellas (GSH) serves as the Exploitation Manager, responsible for coordinating activities related to market uptake, business modelling, and IPR management. GSH contributes its proprietary 5D Multi-Purpose Land Information System (5DMUPLIS) as background technology, supporting the project’s efforts to develop and exploit next-generation dynamic digital Energy Performance Certificates.
